I am an executive who develops executives, combining senior corporate experience with formal training in behavioural science to help leaders change how they think, behave and lead.
A career shaped by leadership
From sales to service leadership at Cisco
I spent over 27 years at Cisco, starting in sales and progressing to Vice President for Service Sales across EMEA. It was a phenomenal experience, working with brilliant people, through periods of huge growth and significant change, and leading teams across diverse markets and cultures.
Along the way, I learnt what it really takes to build high performing teams, navigate complexity and deliver lasting change.
What I do now
Developing leaders for real change
I now work independently, supporting executives and leadership teams to develop the self-awareness, behaviours and practical skills they need to lead with greater confidence, composure and impact.
I combine my senior corporate experience with specialist training in applied behavioural science to help leaders understand how they really behave, and change the habits that get in the way.
Away from the work
Life in Rome
I live in Rome, which gives me space and perspective away from the intensity of corporate life. I’m passionate about neuroscience, personal development and health, and I try to bring the same curiosity and learning mindset to my own life that I encourage in others.
Time outside of work helps me stay grounded, think clearly and keep developing, both personally and professionally.
